I have personally worked with many different modalities on my journey of healing from dissociative PTSD, and while each modality helped me to a certain extent, it was when I discovered Havening Techniques® that I felt truly empowered to heal my past, enjoy the present, and shape my future. The most amazing thing to me is that as a result of following the science, Ronald and Steven Ruden have gifted us with a modality that can bring joy into our lives while we are healing deep trauma; which until I discovered Havening, I would never have thought was possible.
